Who Was Walt Disney?

Walter Elias "Walt" Disney was born on December 5, 1901, in Hermosa, Illinois. He and his brother Roy co-founded Walt Disney Productions, which became one of the best-known motion-picture production companies in the world. Disney was an innovative animator and created the cartoon character Mickey Mouse. He won 22 Academy Awards during his lifetime, and was the founder of theme parks Disneyland and Walt Disney World. In 1925, Disney hired an ink-and-paint artist named Lillian Bounds. After a brief courtship, the couple married.

TODAY'S NEWS

WRITTEN BY MAXIMOS ROUSSOS B4

TODAY EVERYTHING PASSED WITHOUT ANY SUDDEN SUPRISES SUCH AS EXPELS OR ANY ACCIDENTS. THE LIBRARY IS STILL OPEN AND FULL OF BOOKS: WORKING AS A BEACON FOR THE BOOKEATERS LIKE ME. GOOD LUCK TO THE TEST WRITERS, BECAUSE IT IS EXAM PERIOD. BEING A BIT UNLUCKY: NO EXCURSIONS ARE ANNOUNCED THIS WEEK DUE TO THE WEIRD WEATHER.

NOW THE NICE THINGS. WE ONLY HAVE 26 DAYS FOR CHRISTMAS SO KEEP CALM AND WAIT FOR THEM. BEING A BOOKEATER MAKES ME THINK IF SOMEONE HAS SPARE BOOKS HE SHOULD GIVE THEM TO THE LIBRARY.  AIN’T THAT RIGHT?

LAST BUT NOT LEAST, I AM NEW SO DON’T THINK BAD OF ME FOR FORGETTING SOME NEWS.

  Welcome back readers!!

We are in our 5^th year of publishing. Our School Magazine has undergone lots of changes throughout the years. Our title has changed from The English Language Class Magazine to Our School Magazine to Our E-Magazine.

Our magazine is bilingual- to make it easy to be read by students who are not so fluent in English. A reminder- our first four issues were only in English.

A team of 18 students will be exclusively responsible for what will be published digitally and what will be printed at the end of the School Year.

Once more, we ask for your forgiveness if errors occur. We are not professionals, but rest assure, we are going to do our very best to please our readers with a variety of topics.

Hope you enjoy reading our articles; lots of great moments in their personal and school lives will be revealed!

Happy reading!!
